Today is the LAST DAY to join Element before the new cycle starts tomorrow.
Day One starts Monday 16th October to kickstart your strength, fitness and running progressions.
Complete training sessions to have you looking great, moving well, feeling fit AF and perhaps most importantly, have
you trying something different and falling in love with the process of training again.
You can try out the full program absolutely risk free.

This cycle we'll be working on improving your 10k time alongside getting strong and jacked.
I program in separate "tracks" so if running isn't for you, or you prefer to run with a lower frequency/volume, we've got options that also involve using gym based cardio as well as metcons and a bit of circuit training.
Basically, if you don't like to run, there's no pounding the pavement in sight.
