What are you ACTUALLY swapping?
Many of my clients are people that I would consider to be high-performers.
They have that all-or-nothing mentality.
They have high standards and are not willing to settle for less than their best under any circumstances.
And I think this often forms part of their reluctance to sign up.
Once they do… They absolutely excel.
So, I decided
to do my own bit of research and ask them.
I asked the question, “what made you reluctant to sign up?”
They pretty much all answered in the same way…
I wasn’t sure I was ready to give up ____ in exchange for ____.
A lie in, in exchange for an early morning run, for example.
Put simply, they were worried about giving up some good bits for fear that what they got back wouldn’t be a great swap.
Of course, when
they realised that they were swapping mediocre standards in their health and fitness for:
✅ Massively increased energy levels
✅ Hugely improved productivity
✅ A better, more stable mood
✅ AND insane physique, strength and fitness improvements…
It was all worth it.
Well, when you put it like that… Who wouldn’t be punching the air?
So, if you’ve been sat on the fence for so long that you’ve got splinters up your backside.
