For that, I apologise - you trusting me with your email address is not something to be taken lightly and I should've been keeping in a bit more regular contact.
During this time, I've undergone a bit of a rebrand and a change in direction in which I'm taking my online coaching. I'm still coaching lots of people who are looking to gain muscle and lose fat, but now putting more of a slant on helping people like you broaden their fitness goals even further.
Because your goals likely encompass more than just aesthetics, I want
my offering to be more in depth vs just how you look in the mirror.
My online coaching business is now known as Highbar. I wanted to have something that was always bigger than just me, so moving away from a company name with my initials in it made perfect sense...
Highbar embodies a new fresh perspective on online training; providing
coaching for people who want to put their own personal stamp on their fitness, no longer just satisfied being pigeonholed into labels like 'a runner' or 'a powerlifter'. Instead they want to try out a more varied and adaptable training program.
The Neapolitan ice cream of fitness, if you will.
The term "Hybrid Athlete" suits this style of
training perfectly. It's all about striking that balance between muscle gain, building strength and gaining fitness in whatever form that means to you, whether that's running a fast 10k, completing a triathlon, or simply not getting gassed chasing after your kids in the park.

I genuinely believe that this will redefine your approach to fitness, just in the same way it has with

Over the past 5 years, I've competed in ultra endurance events, run a sub 19 minute 5k, completed the London Marathon in 3 hours 23 minutes and run a sub 90 minute half marathon all whilst being able to squat and deadlift 220kg and benching 150kg AND maintaining a good level of muscle mass. Not only has it worked for me, but I've proven the concepts in a ton of clients, people just like you.
