I just looked back through the last few emails I sent, and I think I dropped the ball.
I'm not sure if I've made it clear enough exactly what you get from my free 14 Day Hybrid Challenge, so I just wanted to take today to explain more about this.

- 6 workouts per week - 3 weights sessions and 3 cardio sessions. Yes, this is some work, but this is all about giving you a taste of how to best spend your time to get Hybrid AF. Each session will take an hour or less and I even provide you with guidelines of how to make the program even smaller a time commitment, meaning
we can work around your schedule.
Also, if you'd prefer to drag your nuts through broken glass rather than go for a run, I give you alternatives here too.
