I know, I know... it's been a very long time since I had the honour of appearing in your inbox.
I promise that I'll be back more regularly now pretty damn soon.
However, before I talk too much more about that, let me tell you about something.
I've got a 28 Day FREE Xmas Challenge about to start next week and I wanted to send out an email to let everyone know all about it.
I wanted to run something for you all because with all of the extra food and drink on offer over Christmas, it can make be all too easy to get down in the dumps and hacked off with your fitness and body composition goals.
However, we can ALWAYS put a positive spin on things. We can use the lead up to Xmas to develop consistency in getting to the gym, getting some good structure with training sessions and following a well designed program.
This will have you carrying momentum in to the new year rather than starting afresh in January.
And we all know how well that often pans out...
So, on the 27th November (next Tuesday) I'm going to be launching my free 28 Day Xmas Challenge. There will be 28 days of training sessions, running all the way through to Xmas Eve to help you put all the extra fuel from Christmas parties and mince pies to good use in building your strength, muscle and fitness.
Not only that, but you'll be moving and feeling a ton better by the end of the program too.
The sessions will be adaptable to your ability and will use "normal" kit - barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, bike and rowing machine, so more or less everyone will be able to follow them without too much trouble.
Because I'm so good to you, there will even be video demos of all the exercises in case you don't know your "Romanian deadlift" from your "Bulgarian split squat.
The sessions will be delivered here via email as well as on Instagram (@JBTrainNutri if you don't already follow me).
Oh and one last thing..
